The Pines occupies a Victorian, grade II listed building on Marshfield Road, close to the centre of Chippenham in Wiltshire. The photos on this page give you a feel for our guest rooms, the dining room where breakfast is served each morning and the surroundings of the house, so you know what to expect before you book.
We offer single, double, twin and family rooms. Some rooms have their own en-suite shower or bath, while our budget rooms share a toilet close by. Family rooms combine a double bed with single beds, and many rooms look out over the garden or the old town. Every room includes breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. Compare our rooms to find the right one for you.
Our restaurant serves Greek and English home cooking every evening for residents and non-residents, and the bar is open nightly, with a beer and patio garden for warmer days. The same spaces can be booked for small conferences, private parties, reunions and wedding receptions with catering. Read more about the restaurant.
The Pines is a traditional guest house with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. In their reviews, guests mention helpful staff, a good breakfast to start the day and the handy location, and some guests who work in the area have stayed with us regularly over the years. You can read their comments on our reviews page.
Chippenham's riverside parks, museum and shops are within walking distance, and Castle Combe, Lacock, Bowood and Bath are an easy drive or train ride away. See our list of nearby attractions or the Pines travel blog for ideas, then check availability for your dates.
