Booking your stay
Use the availability calendar above to choose your dates and room, then follow the steps to confirm your booking. All of our room rates include breakfast. If you are not sure which room is right for you, compare our single, double, twin and family rooms first, or look at our special offers.
Good to know before you arrive
- Check-in is from 2:00pm to 10:00pm; check-out is by 10:00am.
- Free parking is available at the front and rear of the house and opposite.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Payment, cancellation and children's policies are listed in our booking terms.

Booking Terms
General Policy
Payment Policy:
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day the booking is made.
Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason cancelled or modified after the reservation has been made then 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In the case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome (under 5years free of charge.) We can provide an extra bed at the price of £15 or travel cot for an extra charge of £5.
Internet:
FREE WIFI is available in all areas of the accommodation.
Parking:
Free parking is available to the rear and front of the accommodation, the rear entrance is slightly narrow. Free parking is also available opposite the accommodation.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
No take away food is allowed in any area or room of the guest accommodation.
Guests are allowed in the public areas of the hotel, however extra guests are not permitted in the rooms.
Liability notice:
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of the accommodation.
In the event of any damage occurring to the room or property of The Pines Guest Accommodation you are liable to pay for any repairs and/or replacements.
Personal belongings are not covered by the hotel insurance, they are your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to act in accordance with all The Pines' terms and conditions.
